Getting started

Tap Play to begin. Your first journey introduces connecting cities and keeping passengers moving. No email address or password is required to play.

Saved progress

The game stores settings and saved runs on your device. Online features use a guest player account. Avoid uninstalling the game or clearing its data if you want to keep access to your current progress.

Connection problems

Check your connection and reopen the game. Daily challenges, rankings, the shop and social features need access to our game service. Offline runs can be submitted when connectivity returns.

Report a problem

Email your device model, operating system version, game version and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

Privacy and data requests

To delete your guest account, open Settings → Privacy & Support → Delete Account in the game and confirm. This permanently removes your progress and earned items. For questions about your player data, access or deletion, email daileismart@gmail.com. Include your player nickname and any player identifier available in the game so we can help identify your guest account. We may need to verify your request before taking action.
