Privacy Policy

This policy describes how United Rails, published by YUJUAN ZHAO, handles information in the game and on this website. Contact: daileismart@gmail.com.

Information used by the game

United Rails creates a random installation identifier and a guest player account so you can play without an email address or password. Our game service receives that identifier and stores a player ID, generated nickname, selected avatar and home state, progress, game results, in-game currency and inventory, achievements, challenge participation, and friend or sharing interactions.

Your selected home state is a game preference; the app does not request GPS location. Settings, cached player information and saved or pending runs are also stored on your device.

Why we use this information

We use player data to operate the game, save progress, validate game results, provide rankings and daily challenges, manage earned items, and prevent abuse. Technical request information may be processed to deliver and protect our services. If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send.

What other players can see

Your generated nickname, avatar, chosen home state and scores may appear in rankings and social features. Challenge links and shared game cards can reveal the game information they contain to their recipients. Do not include private information when sharing content outside the game.

Service providers and international processing

Our hosting providers process information needed to operate the website and game servers. The website uses Cloudflare; the game service is hosted on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure in China. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. Apple separately processes information associated with the App Store under its own privacy policy.

Advertising and tracking

The current game does not include advertising or third-party advertising analytics SDKs. We do not use your game information for cross-app advertising tracking or sell it. The website does not embed advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Retention and your choices

Guest account and gameplay information is retained while needed to operate the game, support your progress and protect service integrity. You can delete your guest account and game data in the app under Settings → Privacy & Support → Delete Account. This permanently removes your server-side player records and local saves. Reopening the game creates a new guest account. You can also contact us to request access, correction or assistance with deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal requirements or resolve security issues. Deleting the app removes local data but does not itself delete server-side player records.

Children

The game does not ask players to provide their real name, date of birth or contact details. Parents or guardians who have concerns about a child's information can contact us to request assistance or deletion.

Security

Network communications with our services use encryption. No service can guarantee absolute security; please avoid sending sensitive personal information in support requests.
